Bishop Lynch High School is a co-ed college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Dallas. Bishop Lynch was founded by the Dominican Order in 1963 and is located on a beautiful 22-acre campus in East Dallas, Texas.

Prayer
BL’s vibrant campus ministry program nurtures the faith life of our school community. The St. Catherine of Siena Chapel is at the heart of campus, and Masses are regularly celebrated by our campus chaplain. Student chaplains also play a large role in the faith formation of the Friar family.
Study
BL provides a customized college preparatory approach for a variety of learners with Advanced Placement, honors, regular, and essentials level courses. Bishop Lynch offers more than 120 classes and plenty of academic support as well, including a learning specialist, the Math Success Center and the Writing Center.
Community
Bishop Lynch celebrates community and cultivates belonging on campus. The BL House System brings students from all grade levels together to be a part of a house and mentor group for their high school journey. The house system has built a whole new level of student care, connectedness and camaraderie. It’s truly Eight Houses. One Home.
BL’s Christian service program is student-driven and designed to empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today. BL provides opportunities to serve during the school day through the BL House System and optional Service Saturdays, in addition to outside volunteer work.
